Now we’ve covered a lot of topics on UFOs and Alien encounters, but most of these subjects seem to lack much evidence. But I’ve recently learned of the plans issued by Amazon to whisk your online order right to your doorstep within 30 minutes of you clicking the “Buy” button on their website by use of their state of the art Amazon Delivery Drone.

Now we have to step back a minute and think now about just how freakin’ awesome this idea is, but more importantly, where did they get this technological idea and the craft shockingly resembles the media conception of what a UFO looks like.

The Plan for UFO Deliveries

According to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, this special drone they call it or more specifically “Prime Air” I guess this keeps in sync with the Amazon Prime theme, anyway it is supposed to be on the job in a mere 4 or 5 years.

The way it is supposed to work is once a customer places their order online, the “drone” will fly to one of many pickup location and grab the packages which will be located in small yellow buckets outside of Amazon’s fulfillment centers. Once the packages are picked up, the “drone” will then buzz through the air to the destination and deliver the product to it’s customer.

What Does this Amazon Craft Look Like?

According to eye witnesses from the 60 minutes crew, the craft strangely resembles a tarantula, so it’s no surprise they’ve nicknamed this UFO like craft an “Octocopter“! How ingenious this idea is, I’m really surprised that no other distributors have thought of this idea before now. But whether they have or not, looks like Amazon has beat everyone to the punch, way to go Amazon!

What do you think of this man made UFO delivery system? Personally I can’t wait for it to set to the air, cos I will order something just to see it fly up and drop off my package!!!!!!

  1. I love Amazon becase they have always worked to make the user experience great. From one click to Prime to easy returns, its all there. But won’t this instant delivery have to cost a lot more? I haven’t seen any information on that yet.

    1. I hadn’t given that much thought Mary Ann, but I bet you’re right. This kind of express delivery would surely cost an extra premium. Thanks for the response, I’ll be looking into that for sure. 🙂

  2. Hi Robert Tuttle, it usually buy books on Amazon. I’m a fan of this website. thanks for your sharing . Have a nice day.

    1. Thank you for commenting Tony. Amazon is certainly one of the more powerful sellers for online shopping. I’ve always thought it would be fascinating if they were to make a store front, could you imagine how many cool products they would carry to look through!

  3. I have been customer of Amazon for years and this news got quickly my attention. It will get less time than what we thing to receive the goods from a “drone”. The problem will be to regulate the “drone traffic”: Everybody wants to have its own: Amazon, security agencies, police, weather services…. and even common citizens.. wouldn’t it be fine to have your own “drone messenger” to pick up your mother’s cake?

    1. Thanks for the comment Juan. Now we’re getting into things on a whole new level. To imagine everyone having their own personal drone up there flying through the sky is a crazy thought in and of it self. But what’s even crazier is that it will probably be that way some day. Could you imagine the amount of air traffic control that would be required for such a thing?

  4. i usually buy books & games on Amazon.
Thanks Robert for sharing, your articles are always high quality 🙂

    1. You’re very welcome Mark and thank you for the kind words.

Wouldn’t it be awesome to have your books and games delivered to your door by drone? If nothing else it would be a neat experience at least once!
