I was just thinking about how sometimes folks have breakfast in the evenings for supper. I’ve actually done this many times during my life and it’s been awesome every time. But let’s reverse this process and have supper in the morning for breakfast.
So why is it that this just doesn’t sound as appealing? I sit here thinking what it would be like eating a fat chicken fried steak first thing in the morning, ugghh…
If my assumptions are correct here, then I don’t believe I’m the only one out there that feels this way. Is this phenomenon something in our minds? Or could it have something to do with how the human innards work? Maybe our stomachs don’t work the same way in the morning, maybe not enough digestive juices being produced, or who knows. Even still there are some restaurants that serve lunch menu items or dinner items all day long, and vice-verse.
If we got in a habit of eating breakfast items at night, wouldn’t that ruin our whole day? Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day. If we waited until night to eat it, our whole day would suck and wouldn’t start to get better until it was time to go to bed, then we’d waste it sleeping. Oh man, what a predicament…
If you want to maintain your figure there is need to get breakfast morning and also evening !! Some people they have some hesitation about the evening breakfast I will eat in evening then what I I will eat in evening !! But I think they were wrong !!

I’ve always enjoyed a good breakfast in the evenings, and also cereal is a great night time snack in my opinion. One good thing about breakfast foods is that they generally contain much fewer calories than a big course meal would. And it’s yummy too!
